Pure rhythm - we bring people together - for more joy of life!
Ricarda has a degree in social pedagogy and social work (ASH Berlin), is an enthusiastic percussionist, mindful counselor, solution and system-oriented coach, NLP practitioner and sound therapist.
From the heart and with enthusiasm she brings people together through rhythm and drumming - for more joy in life! She organizes Drum Circles for companies, firms, teams, NPOs, NGOs, meetings, conferences, gives advanced trainings and in-house trainings in the social, educational, cultural and health sector around the topic of Drum Circles and more.
She loves to organize Drum Circles for people with special needs (people with depression, Alzheimer, cancer, autism). Here she works together with self-help contact points.
In 2008 she met Arthur Hull, the founder of Village Music Circles® in Kassel, Germany. Here began a wonderful and impressive journey - carried on a percussive wave full of confidence, vision and a great community.
Drumming?
That's an Ear candy for me!
As a trained geriatric nurse, Ricarda put her profession and passion together over 10 years ago and founded her heart project in Berlin "Villa Albrecht":Drumming for Tolerance - a Drum Circle for people with and without dementia. In the meantime, she accompanies and supports old people's and nursing homes all over Germany in setting up Drum Circles and gives further training courses as part of the "Musikgeragogik" course at universities in Germany and Switzerland.
Ricarda presents her work, especially how she establishes long-term Drum Circle programs in nursing homes. With many touching stories, workshop videos and an insight into how Drum Circles work for this target group.
