Helga's passion lies in building connections and fostering personal development.

She has extensive experience as a graduate social pedagogue, systemic counselor, and music therapist, and for decades, she has supported individuals and groups in dealing with life's challenges.

As part of an EAP program, she works as a consultant for employees and executives, offering seminars and lectures on mental health.

Helga has designed and implemented concepts that complement a drum circle with reflective elements, specifically targeting individuals with mental illnesses and traumas. This creates a space where participants can strengthen their mental health, improve their communication skills, and build resilience.

As a mentor, Helga supports members of the Drum Circle community and assists them with questions regarding the development of an authentic personality as a Drum Circle facilitator.
